This is an extremely NICE set for the price, and I would recommend it for small areas. I purchased the Tobacco Black set, and it's not a true black, but similar to a dark dark darkish, almost black. I got this set to set up a vacant house I have on the market. This dining set produces the empty house feel more homey, and it gives potential buyers a destination to sit back to create up an offer (I hope!). I assembled it without any help, and it took me about 2-1/2 hours. Setting it up out of your shipping box took nearly provided that the assembly.... ok, I'm exaggerating there, nonetheless it was VERY well packed, and all of the pieces were in pristine condition. Due to the size total fat of the shipping package (104 lbs), I opened the box where it had been sent down stairs, and carried the items upstairs. Assembly was EASY, only time consuming. I'm a power tool, person, so assembly with just an allen wrench can be tedious for me. I did so make use of my cordless drill to operate a vehicle the screws that hold the seat section onto the chair. But you have to be careful when using a power drill therefore that you don't over-tighten the screws, which could cause them to entirely go through the chair. When assembling the chairs, you need to not entirely tighten the allen bolts immediately. Tighten them to where they are snug nevertheless, you still have some more turns, after that take the chair and put it upright on to the floor ( use a hard floor, not carpeting). After that take among the seats and put in on the chair and take a seat on it to find the chair level, then surface finish tightening all of the allen bolts, being cautious never to mess up the alignment you just made to get it level. Once performed, it looks great.
